SMiRT 25 Exhibition Opportunities
The Organizing Committee for the SMiRT 25 Conference, to be held in Charlotte, North Carolina, August 4 - 9, 2018, has implemented an extensive exhibition program for your organization. Because of the current developments in the nuclear industry and the need for addressing the many critical issues for safety and reliability, we anticipate participation of a large and diverse group of decision makers, managers, technical experts, designers, engineers, contractors, builders, and operators from the nuclear power industry and government sectors from both in the US and around the globe. This international forum provides an excellent opportunity to exhibit your services and products to the nuclear industry. More details are at the conference website www.smirt25.org.
The conference will be held at The Westin Hotel in uptown Charlotte, NC. The exhibition area will be co-located with the SMiRT 25 Conference with easy access for loading and unloading of the exhibition materials, and it will be in close proximity to the main conference halls used for the opening/closing ceremonies as well as everyday conference plenary sessions. The twice-a-day coffee breaks will be held in the exhibition area for more frequent visits to your booth. This arrangement will give ample opportunity for the participants to go through the exhibition area and interact with exhibitors.
Single Exhibition Booth
The basic exhibition area will consist of one basic 8’X8’ booth unit, back wall drape, siderails drape, one 6’ skirted table, two side chairs, one wastebasket, and one identification sign for each exhibitor. The exhibitors can rent one or more of the basic exhibition areas depending on their needs. Basic wireless internet access will be provided. Any other equipment, power supplies, wired internet access, audio video supplies can be made available through the Hotel at additional cost. The cost for each basic exhibition area will be $3,500 for the entire 5 days of the conference. For each basic exhibition booth, one exhibitor will be registered for the conference free of charge. The exhibition area will be available for exhibitors to set up their booths on Sunday, first day of the conference. On Friday afternoon, the last day of the conference, booths can be dismantled. Please note that if your organization becomes a “Silver” (or higher) level Conference Sponsor, you will get a free exhibition area (basic size).
